Your First Dental Visit

Whether you are seeing one of our personable and skilled hygienists or one of our outstanding Doctors, you will find our team ready and determined to make your visit pleasant as well as beneficial. We strive daily to create a warm and caring culture that puts the patient first.
Our skilled team goes all out to ensure that every patient receives a gentle and enjoyable experience each visit. We listen and pay close attention to details . We want our patients to feel a sense of security and trust in the care we offer.
After introducing you to our comfort menu, our team will review your medical history and collect data to diagnose and recommend any dental treatment you may need. Then, once the Doctor has answered any questions you may have, one of our treatment coordinators will review the recommendations, logistics, and any costs, associated with treatments so you can make an informed decision about your oral health.
Insurance
Kessler Dental accepts most dental insurances policies.
*We do NOT accept patients with United Concordia, DMO insurance, or children under 12.
It is our pleasure to assist you with any insurance questions or problems you may have. We will happily do a complementary insurance verification and benefit check. We have knowledgeable staff who deal with insurance companies to see that your claims are processed quickly and accurately.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to predict the benefits or restrictions your insurance company has in place. We will give you an estimate of your financial responsibility for every procedure before you are seen. Please understand this is just an estimate.
Many dental plans have waiting periods, frequency limitations, and alternate benefits. These benefits may not be defined when preparing a treatment plan. We will give you a comprehensive treatment plan with your best interest in mind, regardless of whether dental insurance may contribute.
For those patients who do not have commercial dental insurance, we offer an in-house Kessler Dental Loyalty Plan to help you with the costs of your dental treatment.
Kessler Dental also offers financing options for qualifying applicants.

Your relationship with Dr Kessler and her team starts with the sharing of information to be sure we can deliver you the optimum care and prepare for your visit with your new dental family . With secure online forms there is no need to sit in our reception area with a clipboard, simply click on and complete each of the following forms and they will be securely uploaded to our office.
